[Q] no network

have recently posted a thread and rewriting a new thread to say i have re rooted the phone the galaxy s3 and put on the jellybean android put in a different sim to the virgin one i had and put in o2 sim but still not registering any network it scans ok but not picking up the perfectly working sim card

please can someone help cause pulling my hair out well what hair i have left lol
