Device is modified

Hi i bought my phone last month, it had ice cream sandwich later i got auto update jeally beans and things were going smooth. Today i checked for updates but it came up with a message that my phone is modified. I didnt do anything with my phone it was official couple of days ago. Please advise a simple way to get it back official. Thanks
