[Q] Jelly bean update roll out

Hi All,

I wish to know how does Jelly bean update roll out work for Samsung Galaxy S3? Since i'm new to this forum, i couldn't find answer for my question. My Galaxy is a factory unlocked pebble blue one. + anybody can tell what is the best way to update the phone? via Kies or FOTA?
