I'm not exactly experienced ROM developer, but I have created this ROM for my E210L and I would like to share it here.
My ROM is entirely based on work from FullGreen:

These sites have a CM13 based ROM for E210S/K/L, however the ROM is fully functional only on S and K models, on L model there is no phone calls and no cellular network. I was able to overcome this problem and make a fully functional ROM, based on E210S ROM and slightly modified kernel. I have tried to contact the original developer and to send him my work but I haven't received an answer for now.

PLEASE BACK UP EFS BEFORE FLASHING !!! I have done many experiments with the phone with many different ROMs, some of the experiments caused EFS partition to be wiped, but I had backup and was able to restore it.
As it is not my main phone, I wasn't able to test everything. For now everything seems to work, including phone/data/wifi/camera. The only problem I have is that battery life seems to be MUCH shorter that it should to be. I have no idea what is the reason for that and if someone here will be able to help me with this problem, it could help me very much.
For developers, I'm attaching patches for the kernel (based on https://github.com/FullGreen/android...msung_smdk4412), for kernel ramdisk, and for the file /system/etc/sound/m0 (needed for in-call audio) .
