[Q] [D2XAR] SCH-R530X How do I get service on this thing?

I own a d2xar Galaxy S3 known as the SCH-R530X, and so far, according to the "Test Menu" you access from dial code *#*#4636#*#*, I have the possibility of US Bands (GSM-850/PCS-1900/WCDMA-850/WCDMA-PCS-1900), which always returns "Unsuccessful" when I try to select that band, or "Cellular (800-MHz)" which I am able to successfully set. I am running d2vzw's CM12 by Mastamoon, and I have tried d2lte's Paranoid Android, all of which had the same option. I'm attempting to connect to Verizons towers in hopes to connect the phone via StraightTalk. What are the steps to do this?

This model has no SIM slot, either.
