[Q] problem with lock screen after repier imei

Hello !
i have SGS 3 and after any flasher i was lose imei and SN , ihave repier them with OCTOPUS Box and now i dont have lockscreen option and when i push to power button my mobile is power off( i push maybe 1 sec and it power off ) before it , when i want to power off mobile i need to push power button and after in menu that open i will to select power off but now i dont have this menu also , in setting i see lock screen option but them not working,
anyone help me please
