Should I upgrade from S3 to S3 LTE?

Is it worth upgrading my Samsung Galaxy S3 to the LTE version?

I know it has 2gb of RAM, a dual core processor, 4G, and no FM radio.

Are there any other differences apart from which ROMS and kernels I can flash?
