[Please help] Corrupt IMEI number

Hi all,

I am hoping someone can help me out here I have searched far an wide and tried pretty much all the usual apparent fixs for a corrupt IMEI number but none seem to work. my last hope is EFS pro but I can't seem to work out how to do it hopefully someone on that thread can help me. If not does any one know a place in Melbourne Australia I can take the phone to be fixed 2 mobile phone repairers have already told me it can't be done. Lots of people claim success but I don't seem to be able to have any.

So any thoughts or suggested repair places that could possibly fix this would be much appreciated.
