HELP ... how to change the boot image samsung galaxy s3

I wonder if is there any way to change the boot logo which is exiting the screen to start the phone and that puts samsung galaxy s3 gt-i9300 ?

I would for example change the logo



by this new logo



IS IT POSSIBLE CREATE AN APPLICATION TO DO THIS?
