red triangle and droid on his back in recovery mode

hi i flashed the uk btu 4.1.1 jb to my phone and used csc changer to change the csc on my phone to btu. the phone connects fine in kies but when i put the phone into recovery mode the droid is lying on his back and has a red triangle coming out of his chest like hes had a heart attack :) does anyone know how to fix this please i dont like seeing him like this
