problems since jelly bean update

i updated to tye vodafone uk jelly bean via kies yesterday morning and dome a full wip/factory reset and now my phone does the following
when listening to music and browsing the internet. the music is jumpy andcstop start
the keyboard is slow and almost unusable. it takes a good three to four seconds to realise ive text
the phone has become really slow?

any tips to rectify these?
