Coming from SDS GT-I9300

I have a question , I just came back from a Sudden Death Syndrome and I changed the mainboard , when I got the phone back I flashed 4.3 JellyBean stock then rooted the phone , I'm just wondering if I can flash the 4.4 ROM will I get SDS again ??
