[Q] Simulate a mouse on Android? (NOT a PC pointer controller)

Hi!

I've been curious about the existence of an app that lets me simulate a pointer on Android to use it ON THE ANDROID DEVICE. For example, when you use Teamviewer you can control the PC pointer with the fingers, it lets you click small buttons that would be imposible to clic using a finger. There's another post where a guy asks the exact same thing but gets an answer that seems tome totally wrong, because the original poster asks for what i'm asking and the guy who answers tells him to use apps designed to control PC pointers.

What i want is to control Android's pointer with the device itself. I know there is the option to connect a bluetooth mouse to control Android's pointer, but i'm not looking for that, i'm looking for a sfoftware solution
