[Q] touch screen problem

my touchscreen won't work anymore.
i can boot phone and all other things work but when it boots iut looks for pin number and I can't enter it because screen wont work.
i try to reinstall firmware because i think maybe is software problem but it's not.
i need to set counter to = because of warranty. triange isn't solution because of screen problem

please help
