[Q] help please guys

i have a problem in my S3

always give no service and i must restart the mobile

doing that everyday 5 - 6 times

and i don't know how to solve that

i try before patch to fix no serves and i lose my serial number and give me null & i fix it again with original rom but the mobile give emergency call

so i take it for a friend have box for Samsung and he make it and now all my problem is ( no service ) Attachment 2404431

hope i can found anyway to solve that
