Browsing is crucial for mobile devices-how did they get it so wrong?
I've had the Samsung Galaxy S3 for about 2 months and its been great otherwise
These examples are using the stock browser (but the issues have occurred in all browsers I've tried).
1. Copy/pasting is very poor. Often I can select all the text expcept the first letter. Often you cant "see"what your copying. Where's the undo button!?
2. Scrolling sites is terrible-I'm always clicking links by mistake.*
3. Scrolling blurs so much when scrolling-not smooth at all.*
4. I'm constantly clicking the soft keys by mistake-like when stretching my hand to switch tabs etc.
5. Often I have to double or triple click links to get a response.*
6. Despite placing the cursor somewhere on the site, often my writing frustratingly ends up else where. Also happens when copy/paste-always pastes at the top of my text (not where the cursor is).
Do these things bother anyone else or am I doing something wrong? I hate to admit it but I'm considering iOS...
