[Q] Laggy unlock screen

As the title sais and as every galaxy s3 user says, the unlock screen is really slow by the time i press the button and the time it needs to show me the screen.

I had the build 4.1.2 version which was terrible. i moved to cyanogenmod10.1 4.2.2 nightly and the screen comes a bit faster but again its slow as **** compare to other phones(cheapper one).

What have i done so far:

a) i disabled the S-talk feature(when i had the build in rom 4.1.2)
b) i disabled the slide effect to unlock(doing that it improved the time but still its not instant when i wait some time and i would like to have the slide to unlock feauture for my phone)
c)i didnt overclock (from the hidden performance menu) but nothing noticable here.(cpu was always 1400mhz, but unlock screen was slow nevertheless)

So basicly all i ask is why samsung screwd that so bad and we have a slow wake up screen by the time we press the button.

Is there a way make my phone unlock instantly like a normal phone?
