[Q] I need an apk for "My Orange" Switzerland, can somebody post the apk

I'm over seas at the moment...
need to reload my sim card from time to time
have a card from switzerland (orange.ch)
have no way to download their app....would like to use their app to make it really simple and easy

keep getting the item cant be downloaded in your country when I try to get the app.
I've tried to spoof my phone, and I'm not having any success with that either...

Just need somebody to post the apk so I can get it onto my phone
