jelly bean to omega rom

Hello I'm new here!

I had unrooted ICS and then later on upgraded it to Jellybean 4.1.1

Would my phone still be rooted? or has it gone back to its normal state but to jellybean?

Can i install Omega over Jellybean?


New to all this so not sure about all this.
