Folder 0 cant be deleted with jelly bean 4.1.2

So i have got an folder 0 because of ParanoidAndroid. I just restored the 4.1.2 rom . In the folder 0 were only 2 folders. Clockworkmod and UltimaROM. In the UltimaROM folder were 3 versions of the rom with 1.4gb and i need the place for dualboot. Please help D:
