How to format micro sd to FAT32 DIRECTLY from my samsung galaxy s 3

Hello guys, I am new here...

Yesterday I rooted my devices and planned to installed Supernexus Rom. But in the forum said that it needed FAT32 micro SD so I need to format it.

Unfortunately, i dont have adapter for microSD and my USB card doesnt have slot for micro SD.

I only have USB cable that connect me to my mac.


Is there other way to format my microSD to fat32 DIRECTLY from my samsung galaxy s 3?
