After flashing a sh1t load of leaked roms here's my complete list on how to flash and my bug reports so far
Lets get started
Okay so your pissed off and still wondering why Samsung hasn't released the Jelly yet :( . Well wait no more flash the leaked r.o.m if you can live with bugs and slightly something goes wrong god for bid brick your device.
*NOTE*Which hasn't happened too anyone yet. :victory: i think :confused:
You can get the touchwiz jelly without the need of a rooted device or even from stock ics 4.0.4 but if your coming from an custom rom a wipe is required all thanks to Sammobile,Faryaab and many other devs in xda for the updates :highfive:
NUMBER 1 You need to be sure and your desperate enough to get the update if still you wanna proceed go ahead but scroll down to see the change logs or bug fixes
*NOTE* Won't work and will never work for SHV-E210K/L/S,SGH-T999,SGH-I747,SGH-N064,SCH-R530,SCH-I535,SPH-L710,GT-I9305. Only for I9300 International version that's i9300xx

Read the instruction very carefully he posted and don't forget to thank him and if you can donate him some money he's only 16.. if he gets his hands on Note 2 wouldn't that be something.:p

Step 2 choosing the correct firmware to flash
By my count there's about 12 leaked roms each rom has the size about 850-813 MB
*NOTE* If you wanna flash a rom like I9300XXDLG4 this will increase your binary count keep in mind all firmwares after I9300XXDLH4 will not increase your binary counter and will keep your system status as "normal". All will remain Samsung Official, Just like official firmwares !
*NOTE* Your Modem will not be changed because the ROM itself has no modem aka Baseband, you will be left with the previously installed baseband. But thank Fab man for packing the modem and baseband.
Remember to back up all your data,apps etc because a wipe is a must if you want a pure,smooth jelly feel.
After a successful flash and boot your device enjoy the jelly made by Samsung before the entire worlds gets it as an official update.
Step 3: This step is only if your interested in rooting your device CF Root 6.4 made by ChainFire(Thank the rooting god) works for all leaked roms.
*NOTE* This still increase your binary count.

Lets skip to the latest r.o.m
I9300XXDLI1 Review : 3/10
1.The settings menu has been changed from previous leaks like blocking mode is missing, about phone takes a Sh1t load of clicks to get there,Messaging widget missing
2. Expect a lot of forces closes like 3rd party keyboards,Touchwiz,Copy and paste
3. Wifi seems to connect faster
4. Project butter isn't available
5. Battery dis-charge rate for an hour with data on costs about 23min and the back gets heated easily
6.Whatsapp doesn't work well like on ics
I9300XXDLI2 Review : 8/10
1.The settings menu has been changed again with block mode,new dev tools and takes a click away for about phone :D
2.Messaging widget has been added
3.Total RAM from 818MB to 833MB
3.All FCs FIXED :victory: like 3rd Party Keyboard fixed,Copy & Paste issues fixed,TouchWiz issues fixed.
4.Wi-Fi Connectivity has been improved
5.Project Butter on Quad-core baby fast and smooth
6.Issues with Whats app with data and wifi
Why no 10/10 here's why
1.The battery takes a toll discharging speed(1%) 17min, fully charged about 4hours and it lasts about 21 hours
2.Smart stay doesn't work well.
3. The arrow or cursor disappeared in google maps. (its the same issue since the early JB firmwares)
4.Social tags Force close.
5. Wi-Fi direct menu missing
6.Gray color status bar on full brightness and a slight issue with brightness slider :(
7.While charging the notification red light seems to glow dim red but rarely glows bright red
8.Whats app a hit & run yet again(Already taken up with the Whatsapp devs A FIX ANYTIME SOON)
I9300XXDLI3 Review (8.6/10)
1.The settings menu has been changed yet again :eek:
2.There's a separate notification settings for messages
3. Wi-Fi Direct Menu button is located now in Wi-Fi Settings
4. According to Faryaab "You can now adjust Brightness while in Automatic mode (Just like the Galaxy Note II)".
5.Battery still an issue
6.Wi-Fi reconnect issue
I9300XXDLI4 (8.9/10)
1.Project butter X4(Times 4 the quadcore get it :rolleyes:) everything is super quick: Apps open much faster,Opening the app drawer is much quicker,fast and buttery smooth.
2.RAM has been changed yet again :D
3.Wifi and brightness issues has been fixed
4. Battery life IMPROVED :victory: After a use of 23 hours the battery life is excellent and the phone heating on the back has been decreased.
5.Still no love for smart stay or Google maps
6. Charging has been improved but the led red is still the same
I9300XXDLI5 (8.7/10)
1.All issues about Google Maps and smart stay have been fixed
2.A couple of force closes like app folders and tab on stock browser rarely gets an FC
3.At times the screen doesn't seem to turn off
4.For some odd reason i feel like project butter is missing like i don't feel the project butter anymore (Maybe its just me) i feel the animation are the same but if i bring up an app something not rite.
5.Keyboard recognition has been improved but for some odd reason this might be a bug if i choose Swiftkey as my default and after a quick reboot it changes back to stock keyboard
6.The device gets heated a bit
7.Charging LED still the same actually at times its goes from bright red to dim red :rolleyes:
8.On ICS if the Volume down is pressed too the maximum it automatically goes to silent mode but i feel on leaked rom it goes to vibrate mode
9.The notification bar has been changed to a hint of black.. I feel its more different
I9300XXDLI6 isn't out... Could it be the official dub... I don't think sooo;)
Luckily if the Samsung engineers happen to see my post here's please do something about these issues on XXDLI6
1.For CHRIST SAKE give us the U.I Gallery & Snote lite from Note,Note 2. I mean COME ON wasn't this suppose to be the flagship device of 2012 i flashed the note 2 gallery via custom recovery couple of issues but its possible i know this is not the plan schedule BUT COME ON the note which came before s3 has it.
2.Too me i feel the project butter has been ruined do bring it back
3.Give us a better look on the notification bar.. the latest one looks dull
4. The charging led has been a damp (It ain't useful too me) but still some uses the bright RED :rolleyes:
5.Please add the voice function to activate Google now from lock screen.
6. Give us a choice to choose between Google News and Yahoo news on the lock screen ticker (Isn't this suppose to be a 60% Google Phone )
