How to download the light package?

Hey everyone this is my first post on here. Was messing around with my phone and soft bricked it. Reinstalled the root image, and installed Titanium. Deleted some of the stock apps I know I never use, and froze some other ones I didn't know what they were. My problem is the notification light is not coming on. Does anyone know the name of the file as it is in Titanium? And if there's a way to get it back or any other solutions?
